Several rounds of interviews starting with the recruiter screening. After clearing that level its was several rounds with potential ICs and Peers. Mine ended with the hiring manager. Most of the interviews were based on a list of questions the recruiter will give the candidate who passes the initial round. While I didn't get the job I thought the process was fair. The feedback was very limited, however, so I have no idea why I was not chosen.

Pretty seamless process, went for 4 rounds. HR is quite responsive as well. Culture looks good. No aptitude test. Standard questions. Collaborative and sharing both ways. Might not have budget to pay if you are from financial services sector.

Was contacted by their recruiter about the job opening. The interview process was normal, had 4 rounds of hour long interviews and then an interview with the hiring manager. Overall, i liked the work, but at the end the offer came short. They were 10K short than what i am currently making, its unfortunate they do not want to match your salary or up it given they are the ones trying to approach and recruit people.
