I interviewed with my manager and director on a conference call. Then, I had a secondary in-person interview. The two interviews were 3 days apart. I was called with the position offer the same afternoon I had my second interview.

PayPal found my resume on a job board, Indeed I think, and a recruitment company reached out to me for initial interviews. They were very professional and eager to connect me with Paypal, i ended up having 2 interviews with the recruiters and 2 with PayPal. Everyone was very kind, professional, and passionate about their work. Had I not received a better offer that same day for a job with more stability and nearly guaranteed big pay increases, I would have gladly joined the PayPal team.
