Applied online. Phone interview with HR one week later. In person interview two days after that with hr. Very easy just a "get to know you"...then i had my interview with the hiring manager a couple of days after that. Receiced a call on my drive home for an offer. Background check was lengthy for me for some reason (over 2 weeks) so my start date was extended back. Overall very smooth process
