Each conversation had a clear purpose, and I felt that the team was able to understand my background, experience, and motivation without making the process feel heavy. Communication was also very clear throughout, and I really appreciated how quickly PayFit moved from the interviews to the final decision. Overall, it was one of the most efficient and pleasant recruitment processes I have experienced.

My interview process at PayFit was structured into three distinct stages: Initial Interview with Yulia (Talent Acquisition): This initial step involves a 20-minute meeting with Yulia from the talent acquisition team. During this conversation, I had the opportunity to introduce myself and provide a general overview of my qualifications. Yulia also assessed my suitability for the role. Technical Evaluation with Ugiomo (Security Compliance Analyst): The second phase consists of a 45-minute interview with Ugiomo, a security compliance analyst at PayFit. This segment is focused on technical assessment and includes a series of questions aimed at evaluating the candidate's technical skills and knowledge related to security compliance. Interview with Ivan (Manager of Security Compliance Team): The final stage of the interview process involves a 30-minute conversation with Ivan, who is the head of the security compliance team. This interview delves deeper into the candidate's qualifications and provides an opportunity to explore their expertise in greater detail.
