First Interview was a phone call with a recruitment consultant about my background and how it fit with the position description.
Second Interview was with Pavigym Human Resources Department and it was the typical interview about my career evolution, interests, abilities, strong and improvement areas, achievements, objetives and goals., reasons to look for a new position, etc. The interview was partially in English. I found the interview very structured and they made me feel very confortable during the process. They also answered all my questions about the company and the position.
Third interview was the technical interview with the CTO and the Services Director the two persons I´d to work more closely in the position. Very technical interview about my past experiences, product development methodologies and strategies, problems I had found in the past and how I had solved it, etc. I left the interview with the impression that people working in this company had a very high level and they knew what they did. I confirmed this impression when I started working here.
Final Interview was with the CEO, my future boss. During this interview we talk about the expectations he had for the position I was applying and question related my past experiences and how to apply that experience in the position I was applying for. At the end of the interview he made an offer to me.
Although, it was a very demanding process they made me feel very confortable during the whole process, informing me openly about possibilities, next steps, etc.
