Interview
Simple. They did not seem to care about attire. They briefly reviewed my resume and did not ask any difficult questions. I did not have prior experience in the field so I was prepared to speak about translatable skills, but it was not necessary. They hired me on the spot.
The interview process was very simple. After emailing the hiring manager my resume, I was quickly contacted to set up an interview. The interview was casual and friendly; the job was offered and accepted on the spot.
