Multiple round interviews (all remote) First round- HR basic questions about skills I had and how I handled prioritizing my work. Second round- Manager interview, behavior questions. Standard questions about what I previously did and why I was leaving as well as questions asking for times I showed the company values. Third round- Additional leadership interview deep dive into resume questions. Same questions asked over again for each job experience on my resume. With additional questions about how I thought my manager viewed me. Final job reference check- asked me to provide 3 references and they did contact all 3 of them.

To start, the recruiter called and setup a time to discuss the position and gauge interest. Then four rounds of interviews took place. First, a behavioral interview with a Director, a second interview took place (top grading) with two different teammates, then a third (behavioral) interview with a Sr. Manager, and a final behavioral interview with another Sr. Manager, before receiving an offer from the recruiter.
