I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Patriot Group International (Washington, DC) in Sept 2011
Interview
Not very formal. If you have the years of experience in the military and have an honorable discharge and can put together a decent resume you shouldn't have much difficulty applying for a company to do an overseas contract. Jobs in the U.S. are much more competitive but a contract can give you a foot in the door.
