Patriot Energy Group interview questions

It took 2 weeks to get an interview with this company, at which point the manager had said the interview went very well. A few days later we had a second interview, which also went very well. By the end of the week they said that management had "chosen to pass" based on information that was discussed prior to the first interview. If you're making staff decisions based on information that is known at first contact, don't waste my time with 3 more hours of interviews.

Typical interview process. Had to come back several times and the manager seemed to try and discourage me. I understand why as this is a sales position and not for everyone.
