The process consisted of 1. Reached out to by a recruiter, quick phone call 2. Phone call with the hiring manager 3. Do a sample coding project in GoLang 4. Video interview reviewing the project and some other small sample questions 5. Onsite with technical/behavioral interview It became very clear to me throughout the process that Patientco is a fantastic company with some really talented people
