The interview process was thorough and took about a month from the first phone call to the offer letter. It included phone interviews, in-person interviews, and a 15-minute training facilitation. After each step, the PatientPop recruiter called to check in and share next steps. I really appreciated the follow-up phone calls! I was also impressed with the preparedness of the interviewers.
