I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pathways Autism Center in Jun 2021
Interview
Phone interview with HR, then in-person interview at one of the clinics. They asked plenty of questions about experience, knowledge of ABA as a profession, and several questions about past conflict resolutions between you and supervisors, parents, clients, and co-workers. Have several of those stories in your back pocket as well as the dimensions of ABA and you’ll be fine. I ended up declining because there is a very specific clause in the contract that they claim they will never enforce but refused to omit.

Interview
The interview process was standard for the industry - I was phone screened and then brought in for a hands-on interview with the BCBA onsite. They communicated expectations and timeline very well.

What is your most comfortable age range to work with?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pathways Autism Center in Oct 2021
Interview
Overall, I was really pleased with the process and what Pathways had to show. I liked the hands-on approach they took for the interview, e.g. having you actually model/run simple targets with a client, complete a survey/quiz on ABA knowledge, etc. Ultimately though, while they appeared to provide a really strong BCBA fieldwork placement, the pay did not provide adequate financial stability, nor did it compete with other companies I was interviewing with.

Question 1
Asked typical interview questions, weakness, strengths, what I was looking for out of a supervision experience and then for the in-person interview they had "baseline" quiz to grasp a better understanding on your ABA knowledge.
