Interview
The first interview: The HR screen went okay. Then, it led to a meeting with the CEO, who was monotone, emotionless, and unwelcoming. He would judge your resume in a condescending manner and make you feel so unqualified for what they were looking for. A great example of a poor leader, with little vision or respect for employees. I do not recommend this company to anyone; there are much better start-ups out there for you to work for.

Interview
Had a phone screening interview initially with standard interview questions, followed up by questions that were emailed to me to clarify my eligibility, then I met with the team in person and met some of the leaders who interviewed me 1-1.
Interview was ok but the HR kept yawning throughout the interview. It was around 4 PM for her and it looked like she just wanted to get away. There was no HM for this position and for a specialist they wanted the person to do everything in marketing. Might be a burn out situation for many.
