I was contacted for a non-technical phone interview. Upon calling the conference number, I waited for roughly 25 minutes and nobody joined the call. This seems to mirror a previous experience for someone that I read on here. Very unprofessional.

The People's operation person reached out to schedule phone interview to go over the resume, scheduled, called in, great experience until now.
The person gave brief background about the company status and stuffs. While going over my resume she showed no passion/interest. Abruptly stopped and as we ran over time. Didn't care to email until I followed up bunch of time to get automated rejection email from the system.

I was confirmed for a non-technical phone interview relatively quickly after they reached out to me to schedule one. I called the conference line about 3 minutes before my scheduled time, and the interviewer picked up right away. She was very friendly and enthusiastic!
