Had interview with Manager and HR manager for first interview. Second interview was with Manager and supervisor. Had an interview and another a couple days later. Hired. Took one week for drug and background check before starting work.

Interview
Phone interview then a schedule in house interview. Process takes about an hour and you have the potential to me the Pathologists. There was specific questions asked about jobs, experience, time management, education. There was a small test for skill assessment.
