Three steps: Initial HR screening, Interview with the direct manager, and final interview with two SDR managers. The HR interview was helpful because it helped provide realistic expectations for the next steps in the process and a timeframe. The interviewers gave an accurate depiction of the role and team culture.
The only thing that could have been better was having a de-brief on the scenario used for the final interview. I knew that there would be a sales call role play but did not know which fake company or persona I would be pretending to reach out to ahead of time.
