Quick interview with the HR representative. Discussed availability, experience, and questions regarding the most important values someone working in sales must have. The interview was virtual, and they outlined the rest of the application process. Explained the sales objectives/metrics to achieve.

Question 1
What are some important traits you believe a salesperson should have?
One initial call with HR and a second call with SDR manager. Then in person interview and call with head of life sciences. First two stages were quite relaxed and not too high pressure.
First step is a phone interview with the recruiter, then a video interview with the Hiring manager who is the SDR manager, then an interview person cold call role play interview in the office and lastly a video interview with the head of sales
