My interview process with Passbase started with a phone screen with one of the co-founders. This first conversation was very pleasant and informative. I definitely noticed that the person was very interested in my personal career path and background as well as understanding my motivation to work for Passbase. Cultural fit seemed to be an important topic of this interview round. After this first round, an interview with a Senior Software Engineer followed, where my technical skills were assessed. The questions and tasks were quite challenging but I enjoyed it since the interviewer was very collaborative and fair and the use cases were very interesting.
I received feedback within the same week of the technical interview from the co-founder I first spoke with - he extended an offer to me.
