Pass The Keys interview questions

I applied via Indeed and over a week later received an interview invite. I entered my availability for 18th February with the recruiter who sent me the email. The recruiter was polite and I explained what I knew about the company and why I applied for the role. At the end I was told that as they had over 200 people apply please give them some time to get back to me about next steps. That was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since and yet another interview has ended up in me being ghosted.
