Pashmina Realty interview questions

While the oppotunity came up due to a personal reference from the previous project head, I as formally first interviewed by the COO. This consisted of both technical as well as personal rounds of interviews where the interviewer sounded out my technical knowledge, management acumen, etc. I was able to communicate my background, my ambitions and core strengths and the result of the interview was positive. This was followed with an interview with the CEO which was very short, following which I was confirmed for the position. In general, the interviews were conducted very professionaly.
