Phone screen, interview with 2 person team who looked like they had questions written but had zero rhythm in posing them. They both came across as ill prepared and the subordinate looked uncomfortable and kept checking the other person’s face for what looked like permission to ask another question. The questions, such as they were, were entry level type for a much higher role.
