Interview
I participated in an in-person interview process that included multiple members of the leadership team. The conversations were positive, the team was engaged, and I invested significant time preparing for and participating in the process.
Unfortunately, after the interview, all communication stopped. Multiple follow-up emails and messages went unanswered, and I never received any update regarding the outcome of the search.
While I understand that hiring priorities can change and organizations may decide to move in a different direction, candidates deserve the courtesy of a response and closure, particularly after reaching the final stages of an interview process.
The leadership team was professional and enjoyable to meet, but the lack of communication after the interview left a disappointing final impression of the organization and its hiring process.

Question 1
I was asked to prepare and present my recommendations for a recently launched product partnership. The presentation focused on how I would assess the current state of the initiative, identify opportunities, develop a go-to-market approach, and create accountability and sustained momentum across the organization.

Fast and easy, Straight to the point. Did not wait long for interview. First there was a phone interview, then an in person interview. If you are considerable, you will be asked to submit a drug test, which is conducted off site.
