Interview
I applied via a recruiter. Process took around 8 weeks. Process consisted of an initial Teams call followed by a face-to-face interview at the Oxford office. Interviewers asked me standard competency and technical knowledge questions, were very chatty and engaging, even discussed personal situations such as family and pets etc. Made it a very calm process. Also made it clear that me wanting to step up into the role wouldn't be an issue and its important people learn on the job to gain experience.
I was later told as feedback that the reason I wasn't being put forward further was due to lack of experience, despite multiple roles being available

Question 1
If hired, where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Partners& (Cheltenham, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
Chief Exec / host turned up late., the proceeded to tell everyone how many people he'd just laid off.
More like an interrogation. 5 people interviewing me, one question immediately after the other.
Felt more like a weird flex opportunity for the Chief exec.
