The interview process was painless with two rounds of interviews. Questions were general about background and experience. No long decision times. Overall very straight forward with plenty information provided about the job.

Interview
I knew a current employee at the company, so I was given an informal interview with the Director of the office. Afterwards, I interviewed formally over Skype with the Operations Manager and the Administrative Director.
After the interview, they expressed interest in hiring me, but told me I would have to wait until January, when they normally schedule hires.
