Interview process is pretty standard they will do a background check and a panel interview where they ask your to prepare a 90 days plan. The process is a bit repetitive as I had interviews with 4 different people in 4 different times and they all asked me the same questions again which means I had to repeat myself and I found it a waste of time.
I asked questions about the company culture and I hadn't a clear answer.
Even if you ask for a feedback and you receive
a positive feedback and they tell you are a good fit don't expect an offer as apparently they are spoiled with good CVs.
I had to do lots of work and prepare a 90 days plan, and then they basically decided to move with a candidate that had already experience working with start ups, so basically they made me do lots of work for nothing, since they knew since the beginning I had no experience in start ups! I felt they just wanted to use a 90 days plan from someone with experience in great multinational companies for free!
