The initial on-site interview was more of a get-to-know-you interview and was as much for you to learn about the company as for management to learn about you.
I was invited to take part in an online technical screening with a 24-hour time-limit on the spot.
Once the technical screening was complete, the employer was responsive with status updates and I was offered a position within 8 weeks of the process.

Question 1
Questions about my programming experience and education.
It was a brief conversation with one of the company founders, the atmosphere was pretty relaxed, and the structure seems to be very horizontal. We mostly went back and forth on previous experience, there was a lot of focus on the kind of job they did, and it felt a little bit like we were interviewing each other.
Which is welcome, since hiring someone should be a mutually beneficial endeavor.
