I was messaged by a recruiter on LinkedIn then had a phone interview the next day. The recruiter was professional and knowledgable, the questions were routine: Can you tell me about yourself? What types of communication do you use? What is your golf background? What is your salary expectation? etc. After that, she sent me two questionnaires which took about an hour to complete. A few days later I had an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was more of a in depth job description. I was asked about my history with golf, would I be willing to travel, would I be comfortable on the golf course. After the interview, I felt confident to go on to the next two interviews (so 4 total interviews before a job offer) but unfortunately, the next day I was sent an email saying they wanted someone with more "green grass experience". They made their decision quickly.
