Interview
I had a great initial interview that concluded with plans for an interview with other team members as the next step, and the recruiter would be in touch to schedule it. After a few weeks with no update, I checked in with the recruiter and was informed that the team was busy with a proposal and that interviews would resume once it was submitted. A few more weeks went by, and I received an automated rejection email instead of any direct communication. The recruiter said he would ask the interviewer for feedback, and I never heard back.
The interview itself was professional and positive, but the lack of follow-through and communication afterward was disappointing and felt unprofessional for a company of this size and reputation.
