The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Parsons Corporation in May 2009
Interview
The work environment appears to be very open. Placement was at jobsite at the clients place. Interviewer was very laid back and intelligent. An internal candidate was selected for the position. It is nice to see that Parson's is taking care of their employees. I appreciated the interview style where the interviewer first shared information about the company, their role, and the heirarchy, ... I was then asked if I had any questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were all pretty standard. There were some questions about my prior work experience.
Easy interview but job was not as described. They ask about past work experience and how it relates to what is going on. The process was quick and it was a 30 minute interview with several managers.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Parsons Corporation (Centreville, VA)
Interview
Very dependent on hiring manager. But in general a screening and interview with in depth technical/leadership review.
I would recommend asking recruiter ahead of time as they want you to succeed.

More discussion on my background, desires, and experiences
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Parsons Corporation (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process was relatively simple and consisted of two telephone interviews; an initial interview with the recruiter and a second interview with the hiring manager. This is typically what I’m used to, so the interview process was not abnormal.
