The process starts with a DM on Indeed asking ‘why do you deserve this job?’. Given that it’s a sales role I assume this is an important quick step to vet applications because they really want to know if you can sell yourself. Then you move on to a phone interview, which then turns into a personality assessment, which then turns into a math assessment, which then turns into an at-home assignment. I have seen SO many people in the job market talking about going through rounds and rounds of interviews and getting denied or ghosted and I found it impossible to believe… until Parry. Had amazing chemistry with the hiring manager and spent hours and hours going above and beyond through these FOUR rounds and she didn’t even have the courtesy to email me on the thread we had going. I got a notification from Indeed that I was not selected. I consider it a blessing in disguise though because anyone that treats applicants like that likely runs a TOXIC work environment.
