Parkridge Health System interview questions

I was interviewed 1-1 by the float pool manager, followed by someone who works in administration, and then a peer interview with 3 PCTs. After the interview I went and shadowed for a few hours. In about 3 days I received an offer.

The interview process was laid-back and conversational. A few challenging questions with specific scenario-based questions and examples of failures in the past. Be prepared to back up your claims with specific examples from your career and provide writing samples.
