I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parkland Health (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2017

Interview

It was straight to the point. Draw a Topolgy of a Vmware VDI Deployment. What Vmware products you are familiar with. Personality quiz. Ask them questions back. Show them you are hungry. Be proactive.
