I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Parkinson Canada in Sept 2025
Interview
Was told a date they would get back to me by. Didn't hear anything. Follow up a week later. Didn't hear anything for more than a week. Very disrespectful. Finally over 3 weeks later, received an email advising I wasn't the preferred candidate. Likely would not have accepted - being ghosted as a candidate made we question how they treat actual employees.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parkinson Canada
Interview
The process was quite normal with two rounds of interviews with several from the organization, HR available to answer any questions I had, and reference reviews. It was good to meet with a range of people in the organization to get a good sense and feel I could present what I offered to the role.

Question 1
What is my approach to developing an organization's strategy and KPI measurements?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parkinson Canada (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online. Got a phone call to come in for an interview. Three people (including hiring manager) interviewed me in the same room. Pretty standard interview questions. But the worst part was the lack of follow through after the interview. I contacted them three times afterwards to see whether or not they have decided on another candidate or not. No response over 3 weeks. I think that is rude and unprofessional. The least they could have done was reply back to my emails and phone calls to say "thanks but no thanks"
