ParkingEye interview questions

I had 2 interviews, the first one was a conversation about the job and myself, we mainly went over my cv and then a few generic interview questions. I then got asked to come back for a 2nd interview where I had to present a paid media strategy to them, I got told I would hear back within a week and it’s been a month and I haven’t heard from them so I am taking it as a no. I don’t mind but they told me only 3 people got to 2nd interviews and they could of sent a generic email saying I wasn’t successful.

Terrible - only interested in employing younger people - did not ask many questions about me - do not believe they have any competition - did not really give me much detail to the questions I asked
