Complex scenarios. It was hard to read what they weee looking for. There were a series of questions based on past positions and that looked for problem solving, people skills, and other attributes. They also had me do a series of similar interviews with different people

They asked about my experience in performing requirements based testing for independent validation of aircraft landing gear controller modules, compliant with DO-178B certification; utilizing DOORS to track requirements. Also they asked about my experience in developing MATLAB/SIMULINK test stand software to perform Hardware in Loop (HIL) testing for embedded S/W in aircraft controller modules.
