Parkdean Resorts interview questions

The interview process was very straight forward although when i went to hand in my cv i wasn’t aware of having an interview right away but that made it easier as i didn’t feel nervous

Shocking Interview style. In an open busy area, was talked at for an hour, was not a two way conversation. Opening conversation was how 25 cleaners called in sick in one day, the supervisors need training and that the assistant accommodation manager left as it was too much. I understand open communication but this was a direct off load from the site manager
