She called me same day I submitted application and scheduled me a few days after to come in for interview. I went, I was in this tight/stuffy/crowded office when I was told to fill out W4 forms and applications (as if I was already hired) they took a copy of my social and drivers license (all signs that they're interested in furthering the hiring process). I then went to interview with other managers who were new hires themselves. Every one I saw were foreigners besides the lady who initially called me. All were males too so I knew that although I was qualified and my interview was ok, that I want going to fit in. They interview you with their minds made up already and it shows. They say they're a EEO company THEY'RE NOT!! They say they're hiring for ANY management position THEY'RE NOT!!! They bring you in, tell you that you're a good fit for the management team, and then bring you on as a regular valet attendant- and if you question it they'll threaten to withdraw any employment agreement altogether.
