I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pariveda in Sept 2009
Interview
There was an initial interview 1:1. I personally talked with Bruce Ballenger who is the CEO. The talk was interesting and it was a general behavioral interview. They called me in the next day for a round two and the whole process took 5 hours. There were heavy technical interviews and programming tests (to see how fast you can learn and understand a new language) and other difficult trials. It was very difficult for my MIS background (maybe less challenging for a CS background...though they would presumably have a harder time with the more business based questions). I did not get the offer.

Question 1
They asked technical questions beyond my capacity. I don't blame them, I just did not anticipate that.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pariveda in Oct 2010
Interview
Applied via university jobs posting board, received an initial on campus interview. Consisted of entirely of "Describe a time..." questions, lasted only for about 45 minutes. Got a phone call that same day for a second interview the next day. This one lasted 5 hours, consisting of a mock case study, writing an E/R diagram with a couple other candidates and then a skills test.

Tell me about a time where you came up with a creative solution to a technical problem?
