Paris Group interview questions

Done interview online, came at their office three times in span of 2 weeks for face2face interview, they made the offer but I rejected it. Tried to negotiate the offer but they were not negotiating. Instead they decrease the previous offer. Its very bad experience. They said they have other candidate who is hired first with a lower offer. What I think thats why you have difficulty to hire a talented and good talent. And thats why a month process?? No one accepts your offer, its not good anyway.

Architect and I (lighting designer) have some discussion, interview provide architect a drawing with specification and design. As interviewer asked question is it the design of architect enough now? I just replied no we need to determine if the proper illumination was consider and beam angle and color temperature also.
