I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel (Glendale, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview process was quite long. I applied online on July 2015, was asked for a 20 minute phone screen interview about two weeks later, then had a 45 minute first face to face interview at the office with two people. Then about another two weeks later, had a second and final face to face interview with three people. Overall, everyone was very cordial and friendly.

(all the standard questions really)
I applied online. I interviewed at Parexel (Baltimore, MD) in Jun 2024
Interview
Phone interview
In-person panel interview (around four people)
They ask a lot of questions about what's on your resume and “How do you do under pressure?”, “How would you handle a situation with a coworker?”. Mostly, it was an in-depth look at your resume and experience in certain situations. If your resume is wrong, they'll dive into it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about yourself.
Have you done anything working with vitals?
Why would you want to work here?
At the end - Do you have any questions for us?
I got a phone call and once I passed the phone interview, I went to the place in person to have another interview, so I did twice in total. The typical questions like what is your weakness or strength, were not asked in an in-person interview. I was asked more about research projects what I have done in the past, or what would I do in some situations.
First round was a phone screen with a recruiter to get to know you better and see if you're a qualified candidate, then a video interview with hiring managers that went more into detail about the role, daily tasks, and behavioral questions.
