I applied direct to PXL having worked in similar environments. The initial screening is between the company and yourself which discusses your abilities, interests, knowledge of the company and what the role involves.
There is then an initial phone interview with HR present again asking similar questions followed by a face to face interview with hiring managers from the relevant department for 90 minutes.
In the face to face interview you will be required to present your knowledge of specific questions all of which is to be done in a maximum of 10 minutes. There is then a lot of competency questions in which you will be asked about experience and knowledge based on job specific criteria.
The reception staff are very welcoming and polite.
Overall the interview process itself was a very positive experience.
