they had taken Gd,aptitude test followed with face to face interview.all round were easy.interview panel were very friendly and asked basic technical question during face to face round.whole interview process was completed in one day.

how will u explain clinical research to a common man?
The interview mostly regrading on the pervious working experience (phase, TA, what kind of tasks, the role you worked, worked in a team), language skills and other questions you want to ask them. Not quit difficult.

First round: HR. Brief you the company and the roles.
Second round: Associate Manager and Manager will interview you.

I was first approached by their HR personnel to have a 30 minutes interview. The interview act as a basic screening process to get to know you better, your experience and your expected salary etc.
