I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel (Billerica, MA)
Interview
Very quick process. Contacted by HR and did a few phone interviews. Then there was the in person interview. A few questions but nothing too hard. Just confirming your knowledge and as long as you know your stuff you're in!

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Parexel (Prague) in Mar 2023
Interview
Let me start by saying that the interview with the hiring managers and senior members were excellent. Their questions were relevant to the job I was applying for and they are genuinely interested in my experience. None of the details in my CV were missed and they were well-prepared. I enjoyed speaking to the ladies despite no offer being given. I know I was not able to answer some of the questions well, so I am happy with the experience itself. There are some things that made the whole process inefficient from my point of view. First, a recruiter reached out to me asking if I am interested in a position, but did not mention what position was it for but asked me for my contact details. After giving my phone, I was contacted by a second person asking me if I am able to speak on a specific date without giving me any details on the job once again. Only during the 3rd call did they reveal the exact position. In my opinion, this is not an efficient use of resources. I think it would really save everybody's time if they were to initially reach out and share the position. Perhaps there is a reason why they do it, but I believe it can be better.
