Way too many useless steps before you actually get to talk to a person.
They send a personality test, a google form asking your experience, 4(!) cases for case study where you have to answer them in a video, an interview, an interview with the CEO, last step where they collect 3 candidates for their office.
Way too many steps and too much invested time. At the end, they ghosted without even giving any decent explanation after the interview. If you are asking candidates to invest so much time, you should be able to give decent feedback, as a professional company.
