I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ParentLink
Interview
Standard tech interview. It was great that they did not ask any of the overdone "Tell us your biggest weakness" style questions. Did a good job of explaining what the company did and what would be expected of me. I could tell that they were looking for a good fit and trying to be honest about the job and environment.

Question 1
How would you initiate a MitM attack without ARP poisoning?
The interview was definitely weird. Probably the weirdest one I've ever had. They didn't seem prepared to hire someone for my position, and were totally unprofessional throughout the interview. There is a difference between a relaxed atmosphere and an unprofessional one, and they landed firmly in the latter camp. At points I even felt attacked by the interview questions. The interview was way too casual and it reflected poorly on the entire company.

Question 1
Asking for a salary expectation on the phone before even setting up an interview, and then pressing the matter further in person during the interview (repeatedly), with no formal job offer extended and only a very loose description of the job requirements mentioned.
