Applied in late Early September for following Spring semester. Got a request for interview in November. 15 minute zoom interview a week later. Got selected the next week for the program. Only one round of interviews, which is often unheard of considering the size of the applicant pool. To this day don't understand how they were able to select me out of a singular 15 minute interview, but hey, I loved the gig and I'm not complaining. This may have been program specific, and may not apply to all Paramount internships.
