The process was pretty normal and the people were nice. I did a first round interview with a recruiter and then a second round interview with two people in the department.
Interviewer was very nice and friendly. Typical tell me about yourself and walking through your resume. No behavioral questions, just wanted to get a feel for your personality. Pretty short and casual.

I never got a response, no rejection no nothing. You would think a major company such as Paramount would be professional enough to email an email of rejection. Guess not.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount in Feb 2024
Interview
First round of interviews was such a refreshing experience! The recruiter was so sweet and genuinely interested in what I had to say. We had an actual conversation opposed to her just reading through questions.
