It was fairly straight forward. I spoke with the recruiter first, then someone from the HR department and then I spoke with someone in the office itself. Everyone I met with was very friendly and asked great questions to better understand my background and my goals. I also got a chance to learn about each person's history with the company and how they got to their current positions. Overall, CBS Interactive did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop about my candidacy and they reached out to me on a regular basis to keep me informed. For such a large company, I was very impressed by how much time and attention they devoted to my candidacy.
