I applied online. I interviewed at Paramo Group in Jul 2016
Interview
Greeted and shuffled into small conference room, filled out app and waited 10 mins or so until the C.O.O came in & almost immediately came off like he had better things to do. Then why are you doing the interview?
I know I made a good impression/asked the right questions about the position and company. Felt like a good fit for my skill set/experience and was reflected in my resume and answers to his same ol' same ol' interview questions
Again, the C.O.O seemed to just want to end the interview but said he was interested in following up and would call me to set up a 2nd interview which never happened.
After reading more about the company on here & other sites + the vibe I got from them & their office, I'm grateful they didn't follow up.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Paramo Group (Bothell, WA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview was very short. Less than 5 minutes. I was escorted to a conference room to wait. The C.O.O. came in and introduced himself. He then left to go grab my resume; and apparently read it for the first time. He asked a couple of questions, I asked a couple of questions and told him I was looking for an opportunity with a good company. He told me most photographers make 13.00-15.00 per hour working there, but with a "heavy route you can make much more". He told me one of his photographers made 5000.00 the previous month. After being hired, talking to other employees, and doing the math on base and commission wages, I realized this was a complete lie. Based on a 1200.00 a month base and 15% commission, one would have to shoot 100+ cars per day to make 5000.00; which is impossible. Typical day is 30 cars to shoot; give or take. After confirming with me I was O.K. with the salary, I was told I would be contacted with details about training.

Question 1
Looking at your resume, it looks like you are actually a professional photographer. Most of my photographers only make about 13.00-15.00 per hour, but you can make a lot more if you have a "heavy route". Are you o.k. with that?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paramo Group (Renton, WA)
Interview
I first interviewed with a manager that is no longer with the company. He was very professional and almost intimidating because of his corporate style. After that interview I had to interview with the person that would be my direct manager. He was much more laid back and more show showed me how to do the job and just had a low key interview. I have been told that now they put you threw 4 interviews before you even hear if you have the job.

Question 1
The most difficult question I was asked was if I felt like I could represent the whole company on my own. This seemed like a lot of responsibility for such a low paying job. I was not expected to be asked if I lived with my girlfriend and how old I was.
