The process took about 3 weeks, but it was due to scheduling between myself and the people interviewing. The first interview was with the administrative manager to determine if I would be a good candidate for the role. She had a great deal of insight and knowledge. They sent over a personality assessment and scheduled a second interview so that I could meet the other EA and see if our work styles would mesh well. The third was with the owner, who answered any final questions I had about the job and the company. Overall, the interview process went swiftly and well. I accepted the offer and would highly recommend Paragon Structural Engineering as an employer. Everyone on the team seems happy and there is great energy between everyone in the company. Everyone has been very welcoming and eager to help. Overall, great culture.
